Dear Parent or Guardian,

Thank you for allowing us to serve your child through Camp Harvest, July 17th through the 21st from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.  “Passport to the World” will be our theme this year.  We will explore the lives of children around the world and what it means to be a missionary, even if we aren’t grown up yet.

For our Offering Project this year, the money collected each night will benefit the Global Aid Network (www.gainusa.org).  Our goal for the week is $500.

We will be having a "water night" on Tuesday, July 19th.  Please dress your child accordingly as they will get very wet!  Then, on Thursday, July 21th, you and your family are invited to join your child(ren) at our Family Night.  The Family Night will be at the Activity Center beginning at 6:30 p.m. Feel free to bring any younger or older children you have that night as well.  This is a time for our church family to do something special for your family.

Throughout the week of Camp Harvest, we are committed to providing a fun and safe place for your child.  We are asking all parents to park at Maytown Elementary School and escort your child to his/her group outside.  Crossing guards will be available to help cross the street.  Please return at 8:30 p.m. to pick up your child inside the Activity Center. This year pick up will be done a little different, we will be handing out a letter explaining the new pick up procedure at registration.
