At Harvest Community Church we have ministry teams that help us accomplish various tasks.  Persons serve on various ministry teams according to their gifts and abilities.  To facilitate this, we strongly encourage each ministry team participant to complete a four-session workshop in order to discover how God has "wired them."  We strongly encourage members of Harvest Community Church to discover their gifts and passions and put them to constructive use within one of the following ministry areas: 

	Care Ministry (Deb Kay, #653-8315) ...to care for each HCC person with sensitivity in their time of need; to respond with Christ-like compassion to opportunities within our community; and to coordinate efforts to extend care worldwide.
	Children's Ministry (The Master's Garden) (TBA) ...provides care for infants and instructs children ages 3 through fifth grade during our worship experiences.
	Community Groups   (Larry Mylin,  #361-2698) "...the church in its smallest unit." We believe close relationships, honest discussion of life issues, application of the Bible to our lives, and spiritual growth happens best in groups of 4 to 10 individuals.  Our community groups are a means of care and support for each other at Harvest Community Church.
	Data Projection (Daryl Gerlach, #426-2824) ...uses visual media, such as PowerPoint and video clips, to enhance our worship experience. ...assists those leading worship by ensuring that each piece of equipment is functioning properly and appropriately amplified.
